Frequently asked questions
How many devices?
You can use Premium on two devices at a time. Signing in on a third signs out the oldest login. A family plan covers up to five people, each with their own account and two devices.
What is free?
An overview of all 25 areas, the first module in each area, all safety information, the practice questions and read-aloud.
What happens when the launch price ends?
If you started before the offer ends, you pay the launch price for 12 months. After that, the normal price applies. New customers pay the normal price from the start.
How do I cancel?
Log in, go to Account and choose Manage subscription. You keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
How do I pay?
By card through Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us.
